From October 3 to 6, 2024, the 3rd edition of Nice Côte d’Azur by UTMB will offer a brand-new course for the 50K with a start from Col d’Eze and a finish on the Promenade des Anglais.
This year, the 50K of Nice Côte d’Azur by UTMB will start from the legendary Col d’Eze at 500 m altitude for an adventure of 54 km and 2100 m D+. A brand-new course that stands before the most daring runners.
The runners will begin their race in the heart of the parc départemental de la Grande Corniche, winding around the Fort de la Revère, to reach the Cime de Cabanelle (1090 m). At 18.5 km from the start, participants will reach “L’Epaule de la Cime du Baudon“, the highest point of the course, towering at 1200 m, offering a panorama of the Mercantour, the sunlit shores of the Mediterranean, and the highlands of Nice.
The descent, in turn, will lead them through the perched villages of Peille and Peillon, then along an old irrigation canal, where they will join the courses of the 100K and 100M races. The foothills of the Azurean Pre-Alps crossed by the trails of Mont Leuze will represent their final challenge. To register, you can sign up by clicking HERE

The 100M, the queen race of the ultra-trail and the ultimate challenge. From the Mercantour to the Côte d’Azur, the course takes the runners from Auron to the Promenade des Anglais, via the Energy Path, the ridges of the Mercantour, the 4 mountains: Mont Leuze, Mont Vinaigrier, Mont Alban, and Mont Boron, and the Côte d’Azur.

Highlighting the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur during this adventure. A picturesque start from Roubion, a cliffside village to the south of the Mercantour National Park, runners will cross ridges offering majestic views before descending towards the Mediterranean and finishing their journey on the legendary Promenade des Anglais.

The most accessible distance of the weekend, the 20K offers a unique experience along the Mediterranean coast. A start in the heart of the Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula at sunrise, for a half-road half-trail adventure of 22 km and 700 m of positive elevation by the sea to reach Nice and its Promenade.
