The association “Les Chiens Guides d’Aveugles de Provence Côte d’Azur Corse” is launching the 3rd edition of Guide Dog Week, which will be held from September 21 to 28.
The aim is to raise awareness among the general public and visually impaired people about the role of this life companion and its contribution to daily life.
This year, the campaign is under the theme of “The Team”: a motivated, supportive, and competent team composed of host families, trainers, professionals, donors, and volunteers, serving visually impaired people.
These Team values allow more than 200 visually impaired people to receive a guide dog free of charge every year, synonymous with more freedom, autonomy, comfort, security, and shared pleasures with this affectionate companion.
