This Friday at the Palais Acropolis, the Alpes-Maritimes Department is organizing the 4th departmental day dedicated to seniors, their families, and their caregivers.
Friendliness and sharing will be the highlights of this day, with two major free concerts by Bobby Solo at 10 a.m. and then at 2:30 p.m. in the Apollon hall (free entry upon reservation).
Numerous fun and wellness workshops will cover various themes such as “health appointments” with visual, auditory, and dental screenings, “well-being and posture” with introductions to yoga, sophrology-relaxation, osteopathy, as well as a quiz and demonstrations of digital training applications for memory.
This day will also be an opportunity to easily obtain personalized advice and information in various areas (health, housing assistance, access to rights…) thanks to the presence of all partners in one place.
