Throughout this week, Italian cuisine will be in the spotlight, an initiative by the Consulate General of Italy in Nice.

Isn’t the idea of Italian beauty, culture, and history linked to cuisine?

The answer to this question comes from the Consul General in Nice, Mr. Raffaele De Benedictis: “Our cuisine and our typical products are an integral part of our country’s culture, and they speak of Italy to millions of people worldwide.

Could Nice not be part of it? Of course not.

So… let’s eat!


On the program:

Monday 18 at the Consulate General: inauguration of the 4th edition and presentation of the planned initiatives, followed by an Italian buffet

Tuesday 19: workshop on the theme of nutritional balance for schools led by Chef Giovanni Sorrentino

Wednesday 20: Training on the 5th taste for the Greta Tourism and Hospitality students of the Imperial Park

Friday 22: show cooking by Chef Agostino Coppola
