This Saturday, the volunteers from the association Les Blouses Roses will be present at the entrance of Carrefour Antibes, Nice Lingostière, and Carrefour Market Antibois (Market Antibes Pasteur, Antibes Nord, Antibes Terrier).
The store welcomes them for the 5th consecutive year in 80 Carrefour and Market stores across France. The association’s goal is to entertain patients in hospitals, regardless of their age, and elderly people in retirement homes. Each week, more than 4,700 volunteers host fun, creative, and artistic activities all over France.
Volunteers will be present at a stand to showcase the achievements of the association Les Blouses Roses, recruit new volunteers, collect donations, sell pies, etc. The association also collects donations of materials that could be used during their activities: toys, books, DVDs, stationery, etc.
In 2014, thanks to the partnership with Carrefour, more than €30,000 were collected for the benefit of Les Blouses Roses, not including materials such as toys or stationery useful for the activities of the network’s 80 committees in France.
