The 5th edition of the National Day of the Trinitarians, organized for the benefit of the association’s little protégés, which brought together more than 500 people in previous editions, already promises to be a real success!
Created by the dynamic association “I Love My Trini”, the National Day of the Trinitarians aims to highlight the rich heritage of Trinité and the Paillon Valley, and to bring together the city’s residents of all generations.
A great day of intergenerational exchange and meeting, therefore, whose program, this year again, will not fail to impress, with typically Niçoise activities, various stalls, as well as an exhibition of nearly 450 old photographs to relive in images the history of Trinité. What a pleasure to see oneself in the displayed pictures and to recognize parents, friends, grandparents, neighbors, etc… anecdotes and hearty laughter guaranteed!!
And shall we talk about the menu for this day? After the welcome drink offered by the association, you can taste the Niçoise meal (€5), smile included, composed of a plate of delicious Niçoise socca. Then you can choose between the authentic Niçoise pan-bagnat or a dish of fresh pasta accompanied by homemade sauces, and for dessert, indulgent and melting crêpes.
The meal will be accompanied by Niçoise music and activities for both young and old!!
