This year, the jasmine festival will celebrate its 65th anniversary to pay tribute to this rare and intoxicating flower, historically associated with the heritage of Grasse. This event, a space for various festivities, is an essential gathering for the people of Grasse and the many visitors during this season.
Its famous flower battle will allow the crowd, showered with jasmine flower water, to leave with a variety of bouquets.
Provenรงal groups, dancers, and musicians in international colors will liven up the city center during these three days of celebrations.
For the first time, Kristian, the famous cartoonist and neighbor of Cabris, has specially created for the 65th anniversary of the jasmine festival a float representing a five-legged sheep, symbol of the city and its origins.
