Approximately fifty national representatives from participating States and governments visited the azure capital in recent days to attend the pre-visit of the Heads of Delegation.
Twenty-four States and governments were represented at this meeting out of the fifty-five committed to participating in the 7th edition of the [Games of La Francophonie](https://www.nice2013.fr) in order to gather all useful information for their upcoming stay during the Games.
The different organizational sectors were presented by the CNJF Directorate: reception, accommodation, catering, protocol, etc., and the Heads of Delegation were able to ask all practical questions related to the organization of the Games.
This pre-visit, organized by the CIJF in collaboration with the CNJF, was also an opportunity to discover the sports and cultural sites that will host the competitions and contests planned for the September Games, as well as the sites for ceremonies and accommodation of the participants.
Under the leadership of Bernard Maccario, the new head of these Games, it is a united and dedicated team preparing to live the last three months before the competitions open.
