The city of Nice is expanding the use of the AlloMairie application with a module dedicated to security. This new space, called “Allo PM,” was presented on Thursday, November 20, 2025. It now allows residents to report disturbances, incivilities, or worrying situations. Reports are transmitted directly to the Municipal Police from the Urban Supervision Center. The municipality aims to facilitate user procedures and enhance the responsiveness of teams.

The creation of a dedicated space in AlloMairie is part of a proximity approach. The municipality notes that approximately 45,000 reports are recorded annually via the application. Among them, nearly 10,000 relate to security or incivilities. This volume has prompted the implementation of a module managed by municipal police officers.

The AlloPM space complements the existing systems in the city. It supports the 311 emergency call stations and mobile municipal police units. The stated goal is to make the municipal police more accessible. The tool should allow for rapid, geolocated processing directed toward the appropriate service.

When opening the application, the user now chooses between two options. The first, “Allo Mairie,” deals with procedures related to municipal services. The second, “Allo PM”, covers all reports related to security. The city reminds that for a confirmed emergency, one must continue to dial 17 or call the municipal police.

The module offers several services. Users can contact the Municipal Police, the National Police, or the impound lot. They can view interactive maps indicating police stations and emergency call stations. It also includes an overview of municipal services related to security, such as Neighborhood Watch, VigiCommerce, or security audits. Users can explore the technologies used by the city, report drug trafficking, or send an alert as part of the autism plan. The space also provides access to the “Ask for Angela” initiative and the victim support service.

Fast Processing by the CSU

The central feature remains reporting to the Municipal Police. The form is designed to be fast. Users can add a photo and a comment. There are numerous categories. They encompass inconvenient or dangerous parking, abandoned vehicles, squatter camps, noise, traffic, illegal motorbike gatherings, and nuisances related to businesses. An “Other” category allows reporting of incidents not fitting a predefined category.

Report processing is handled by dedicated staff. Four agents are assigned to this space at the Urban Supervision Center. They are responsible for ensuring quick follow-up. If the offense is ongoing, the nearest crew is dispatched to the scene. Geolocation facilitates this deployment. If the offense has ceased, the CSU conducts follow-up using cameras to prevent recurrence. More complex cases are referred to the competent services.

An integrated map allows real-time display of reports. This system should improve crew coordination in the field and enhance continuity of interventions. The data collected will also allow for the establishment of statistics. They can be sorted by sector, location, or theme.

Before its deployment, the space was tested by a hundred agents. They verified the tool’s ergonomics and fluidity. This phase also served to prepare the teams responsible for handling urgent reports.

The municipality is implementing a four-digit number to reach the Municipal Police. The 3606 will replace the current number. This number should be operational by the end of 2025. It will provide more direct access for residents.

With Allo PM, the municipality of Nice is strengthening its digital system dedicated to security. The tool complements existing services and offers a single entry point for reports. The municipality aims to support closeness between field teams and users.
