The Adrien Association, a non-profit organization, was created on May 27, 2005, in memory of the son of René Molines, the President of the association, who passed away in 2003. Since the loss of his little boy, René Molines has been fighting to improve the daily lives of children who are in the hospital. He created an association bearing his son’s name and organizes events to raise funds.
His major project is to create “Adrien’s House,” which will host sick children with all kinds of illnesses and their families throughout the year so that they can rejuvenate, have fun, share experiences, and forget about a difficult daily life.
The Department of Alpes-Maritimes has voted to grant a subsidy of €300,000 to the Adrien Association. This amount will enable the creation of “Adrien’s House,” a care center for sick children and their caregivers.
