The Alpes-Maritimes Department is launching its 12th Call for Health Projects.

With this 12th Health Call for Projects, the Alpes-Maritimes Department is enhancing the healthcare offerings for its residents by promoting the development of innovative projects led by researchers, doctors, and associations in the Alpes-Maritimes. The department is a reference territory in the field of health, and this initiative reinforces its dynamic of excellence.

For this new edition, the Health Call for Projects focuses on the following themes: screening and treatment of cancer, including children’s cancers, treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and disability (loss of autonomy, rare or orphan diseases, Alzheimer’s disease), new digital health technologies and Artificial Intelligence service to health, and understanding the impact of the environment on health and means to limit vulnerability (health determinants, sustainable development, sensitivity, and inequality).

Since 2005, the Alpes-Maritimes Department has been working in the field of health research to foster the development of innovative projects led by researchers, doctors, and associations in the Alpes-Maritimes. Through this initiative, the Department provides support for better healthcare services to its residents.
