The Village Running Expo Marathon of the 7th edition of the Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon has officially opened its doors to welcome the thousands of running enthusiasts who have come to participate in this great running festival.

After a week beginning marked by adverse weather conditions of recent days, it is under the starry night and after a first day marked by the return of the sun that the first runners will be able to visit the village set up on the Promenade des Anglais, a few meters from the official starting line from where more than 14,000 runners will set off this Sunday, November 9.

Over an area of 2,000 m2 along the Nice seafront, this will be the opportunity to meet the many Marathon partners and to gear up from head to toe. Manufacturers, tourist offices, charitable associations, or race organizers: all the runners, whether beginners or experienced, French or foreign, will find all the latest trends in running.

For the first year, the Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon has surpassed 14,000 participants, confirming its status as the 1st French Marathon after Paris. Additionally, the event continues to strengthen its status as an international event, with participants from 62 nations accounting for 32% of competitors.

Moreover, this year again, the Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon benefits from the IAAF bronze label, a guarantee of quality and recognized expertise at the international level.
