The Alpes-Maritimes department has just been placed on orange alert for “rain” by Météo-France due to the rainfall amounts observed since Thursday, January 16, and the expected rain until tomorrow, Sunday, January 19.
Given the risks of landslides and river overflows, it is strongly recommended to postpone or limit travel.
