They consist of a business center (which houses about forty companies), a conference and events center, a technical resources center, a restaurant, a sports and wellness area, and cultural and artistic activities.

Aquatic gym is practiced in the 3 fitness pools, and outdoor muscle building and fitness. Gentle gym classes, Monica Da Fonseca method, massages, and fitvibe are also practiced at the wellness space, by reservation.
Fulfillment through artistic expression: From September, opening of dance classes (modern jazz, contemporary dance, hip hop, salsa, tap dance) musical comedy, circus, theater, singing, choir, drawing, for adults and children. Dancing, singing, playing, performing, is about pleasure, it’s about discovering a drive in life.
Les Terrasses d’Antipolis: Les Terrasses d’Antipolis, a casual restaurant with refined decor where pleasure rhymes with well-being, welcomes you from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm, with a buffet on the terrace or seated, offering light and gourmet meals. There is also the possibility of banquet service for evening events or private lunches, up to 300 people.
To each their event: The modularity and complementarity of the spaces make the conference center a venue with multiple possibilities (auditorium with 200 seats, 800 m2 hall) for congresses, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions, training, but also private evenings, weddings… 3000 m2 fully modular, free parking for 300 cars, disabled access, bus.
