The apprentices from the CFA Nice are participating in the “I Film My Training” contest.

Latest News

The Apprentice Training Center (CFA) of the Nice Cรดte dโ€™Azur Metropolis is participating in the 9th edition of the “Je filme ma formation” contest.

For this new edition of “Je filme ma formation,” two videos created by the apprentices are in the running: “An Inclusive CAP” and “From Father to Son…”. This contest, organized under the high patronage of the Ministry of Labor, aims to showcase the training programs and their career opportunities.

The films presented highlight two important aspects of the apprenticeship at the CFA in Nice. “An Inclusive CAP” showcases a unique program in France. It allows young people with disabilities to complete a CAP in four years instead of two. This adaptation gives them more time to learn at their own pace.

“From Father to Son…” portrays Yannis Petesic, a pastry apprentice. After obtaining the title of Best Young Viennois in 2024, he is preparing for the final of the Best Apprentices in France. This edition of the contest will take place next March.

These videos aim to assist middle and high school students in their career orientation. They are available online and provide a better understanding of the training programs and the opportunities they offer.

A renewed commitment

Last year, the CFA of the Nice Cรดte dโ€™Azur Metropolis won the silver medal and the Grand Prix of the public with the film “In One Gesture”. This year, the two new films are also participating in the “Grand Prix de la Com”. This contest rewards projects that have received wide media coverage.

The public can support these productions by voting online. Simply visit the pages of the videos “An Inclusive CAP” and “From Father to Son…” and click on “like”.
