The Art Festival in Nice

For the past four years, thanks to the tenacity of an art enthusiast, association spaces have been hosting exhibitions featuring artists from various associations. Mr. TOMATIS is closely monitoring the collaboration, and the partnership is lasting and enduring. The duo has worked tirelessly on an innovative concept. Besides painters, one could discover and admire sculptures, poems printed on tapestries, bouquets of vegetables, and other Chinese calligraphy.

A hundred exhibitors were expected, but the bad weather discouraged some of them. Too bad for them. It was quite pleasant to stroll amidst this colorful universe. It’s surprising that the Paillon promenade has thus transformed into an art promenade!

Only the result counts, and for a first try, it was a masterstroke. The good weather, the smiles, and the warm welcome from participants and attending staff contributed to the success.

Are times changing thanks to motivated people working to promote culture in all directions? Mr. André BARTHE, the deputy for culture, supported the project, as did Ms. Dominique ESTROSI. In her speech, she expressed the hope of seeing more exhibitors next year, thus hinting at a second edition.
