After Carnival and International Women’s Rights Day, it was Spring’s turn to be highlighted this Sunday by the Nice Artists Collective, which also symbolically and in song celebrated a curious and very sad anniversary: the closure of cultural and artistic venues for… a year already!
Once again, 7 local artists from the CAN* participated in a spontaneous and quick artistic event.
Female musicians, singers, actors, and a painter offered their talents based on an original idea by a member of the CAN board, Anne Dorr (Director of concerts, documentaries, and artist portraits, including those of Salvatore Adamo or Gilbert Montagnรฉ).
At the end of this new CAN Happening, the artists performed the song of the Nice Artists Collective (written and composed by another CAN member, Alain Pascal Casero).
A lovely way to spend an allegedly confined afternoon in cheerfulness instead of sulking about where nothing seems right.
Thank you to them for reminding us of this through their originality.
