The volunteers of the association Les Blouses Roses will be present at Carrefour Nice Lingostière this Saturday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The brand has supported this association for 13 years, an organization whose mission for 68 years has been to entertain patients of all ages in hospitals and the elderly in retirement homes.

About twenty volunteers from the association will host two stands located at each main entrance of the store. They will allow everyone to discover the association and show their support through:
the collection of products purchased in the store (toys, books, soaps, and other well-being products, slippers, …)
the sale of items made by the volunteers (dolls, puppets, keychains…)
The cashiers at Carrefour Nice Lingostière will be particularly involved this year as they will all wear a pink t-shirt as a sign of support, and numerous announcements will be made throughout the day!
Apart from fundraising, this awareness operation will help the Nice branch of Les Blouses Roses recruit new volunteers, which currently number 100.
A particularly involved branch in supporting young mothers as they assist in delicate pregnancies at Lenval maternity and tell stories every evening, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., as lullabies in the pediatric department.
Eric Malet, the director of the Nice Lingostière store, is happy to participate in the support operation launched in 81 French Carrefour stores: “In 2011, the sums donated by Carrefour to the association enabled the training of 500 volunteers and the animation of the network of 67 committees in France!”
