Meeting room, advice, domiciliation, legal and accounting assistance are the principal services offered to leaders and managers of associations in Nice and the region. Update 24/11/11: It seems that this association no longer exists at the indicated address.
To simplify hiring, administrative procedures such as payroll and social declarations, the associations’ relay is appointed as a “Trusted Third Party” and an “Impact Employment” mechanism, established by URSSAF, is available for associations with fewer than 10 employees.
Part of the M.A.I.A. network (Mission to Welcome and Inform Associations), the associations’ relay is under the responsibility of the departmental delegate for associative life.
But beyond these technical aspects, what characterizes this relay the most is the amiability and competence displayed by the entire team under the leadership of its President Nelda Goglio, whom we met at this relay which is so dear to her.

Nice Première: Nelda, can you introduce us to the Associations’ Relay?
Nelda Goglio: The Relay is an association that has been helping through its advice more than 1000 associations per year for 11 years. You can find all the administrative, accounting, and IT services that help in the development of an associative project.
The Relay also creates events that gather several associations in order to showcase the actions of each and to federate associations around a common action.
Nice Première: How many associations use your services?
NG: More than 1000 project leaders come daily to the Relay for information, and we have over 500 member associations throughout France.

Nice Première: How do you position yourself relative to the associations’ space?
NG: The two structures have little interaction. The main differences lie in their administrative statuses and the scope of their fields of action.
The Relay is a Law 1901 association, committed to supporting and assisting the initiatives of project leaders. Our action has no geographical limit. We have members throughout the department, in neighboring departments, and also in Paris. The Associations’ Relay strives to create connections through its encounters. It positions itself at the center of a constantly expanding associative network.
The Association Space, on the other hand, is a municipal structure set up by the community to offer Niçois associations a place of welcome and information.
Nice Première: And if you had to talk about some associations?
NG: It’s impossible for me to choose among all our members because many deserve recognition for their impactful, innovative projects and their dynamism.
