More than thirty members, observers, and partners of the JCE of Pays Niçois were present to discover the world of Maison AUER.

During this evening, organized as part of the JCE of Pays Niçois’ convivial gatherings, Thierry Auer, master artisan chocolatier and confectioner, showcased the AUER family’s expertise, from confectionery to the making of artisanal chocolates.

The guests were able to taste and appreciate the candied fruits crafted artisanally with quality products.

On the chocolate side, Thierry AUER showed us the process of making chocolate, the precision required to coat a ganache, and the skill needed to dip the ganache into the chocolate bath. Not to mention the decoration of our chocolate with gold or silver flakes, or motifs using a transfer sheet.

This is how the guests went home with the memory of a first chocolate experience: a true first step into indulgence!
