After the president of OGC Nice, it is now the turn of state authorities to intervene on the racist insults uttered by groups of Bastia supporters against Mario Balotelli during the Bastia-Nice match last weekend.
While the disciplinary committee of the professional football league (LFP) will take on the Bastia case on Thursday to decide on the sanctions for the Corsican club and/or its supporters.
For the Secretary of State for Sports, Thierry Braillard, “the facts are so clear, so evident, that it is up to the Public Prosecutor to take this problem head-on.”
