Inaugurated in 2013, the biological swimming pool of Roquebillière has been very successful with the residents of the valleys and tourists.
This year, despite the COVID-19 health crisis, the pool will open its doors from next Saturday, July 4th, under the necessary health and safety conditions and in accordance with the regulatory protocol established for swimming pools.*
Covering an area of 1,200 m², the pool is designed for all public family use, with access for people with reduced mobility. The surroundings are arranged for sunbathing (with parasols available) or for fun in the play areas.
The swimming waters are treated naturally (biofilter), without chlorine, ozone, or ultraviolet. They pass through a vegetated area where biological materials are transformed into mineral salts, which feed the aquatic plants that act as purifiers.
*Thus, three swimming sessions per day – 10 a.m.-1 p.m. / 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. / 5 p.m.-8 p.m. – limited to 100 people – can be reserved on the website www.puremontagne.fr
