Thierry Elliez is an explosive musician who knows how to express his emotions on the piano, but also through singing, or even whistling! He has been seen alongside the greatest musicians to whom he has brought his talent and enthusiasm. He is notably the accompanist of Dee Dee Bridgewater with the Belmondo brothers. Nicolas Viccaro, for his part, excels on the drums. His straightforward playing and attentive ear allow him to compete in all musical styles with reactivity. Jean-Marc Jafet has a very solid rhythmic foundation. His unique bass playing is recognizable among all. He makes the notes of his instrument sing with lyricism.
The trio will mix genres, moving from swing to bossa nova, from standards to original compositions, to delight the stars of La Note Bleue!
This trio will be in concert on Thursday 5th, Friday 6th, and Saturday 7th August 2010 at La Note Bleue (Monte Carlo).
