The Nice Chamber of Commerce signed a Partnership Charter with the Caisse des Dépôts, marking the beginning of a new partnership.
This Monday evening, the Nice Chamber of Commerce organized the official signing of the Partnership Charter with the Caisse des Dépôts. This signing marks the arrival of a new partner with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In the presence of Jean-Marc Savarino, president of the CCI, the meeting on the act of building allowed the partnership to be formalized.
Through its Real Estate Housing Observatory (OIH), the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI brings together professionals around a common cause: housing for workers and the attractiveness of the territory.
Today, the OIH integrates an eighth referent of the Act of Building: the Caisse des Dépôts, whose involvement in the housing sector and expertise in the financial mechanisms of real estate programs will provide more refined analyses conducted within the framework of the OIH.
For several years now, the CCI has been committed to a housing-focused approach. This approach is notably illustrated by concrete proposals defended by the CCI’s consultative mission involved in the development of urban planning documents.
All of the CCI’s missions related to real estate were presented following the signing of the Partnership Charter: support for professionals in the sector, the evolution of their trade in terms of formalities, standards, and regulations, particularly those related to the energy efficiency of buildings, as well as the observation of the real estate market and solutions in favor of housing for active workers.
Finally, the CCI presented its activities related to the Act of Building, namely the Energy Sector, and the Silver Economy (also known as the senior economy).
