Once a year, the “ruling elite” of Nice rushes into the salons of the Chamber of Commerce for the traditional reception hosted by President Jean-Pierre Savarino.
It’s an opportunity to meet a lot of people, exchange with officials, friends, and colleagues, and enjoy the excellent buffet.
