In the region, the APPASCAM association is responsible for providing training of approximately 60 hours, which covers and deepens knowledge of the associative world in various fields such as accounting, human resources, administration, management of grant applications, and also communications and web.
This will be followed by a practical part within a registered association under the responsibility of a mentor.
What is the Certificate of Associative Management?
A decree dated October 1, 2008, establishes a certificate of training in associative management.
This certificate will be issued to individuals who have undergone theoretical and practical training aimed at taking on volunteer responsibilities in the administrative, financial, and human management of an association. Candidates for this certificate must be members of a declared association and at least sixteen years old on the first day of the training.
The Certificate in Associative Management may be funded by an OPCA (Uniformation, AGEFOS PME, etc.), as part of ongoing professional training or a DIF. APPASCAM is available to assist associations in funding this training.
The first session of the Certificate of Associative Management will take place starting April 10, 2009: Fridays from 6 pm to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Only a few places are still available.
