Les aides.fr, the new platform by the CCI, is an intermediation tool between companies and institutions aimed at helping leaders find the best financing solution during this COVID period.
The Les aides.fr platform records all financial aid, and according to Anne-Flore Morel-Loyer, it is the most consulted e-Service of the CCI. Three hundred measures related to COVID and over 1,600 public aids have already been granted. The Director General of CCI France, Bernard Falck, explains: “Public aids are a central issue for recovery and for our network, it is strategic. We have professionalized the approach in such a way as to provide, both for companies and CCI advisors who support them, a tool that has no equivalent!”
What promises can this new version offer us?
The platform has been refocused on four themes, which are:
- the listing of additional aids
- the publication of public offers that are purely financial
- the implementation of an online aid request
- the improvement of the intermediation aspect.
Providing a reliable expertise regarding financial aids, all under the oversight of a dedicated team, is the objective of this new version of the aid site. The enhancement of user-friendliness and practicality of the IT tool is also an important point of redesign. This will allow easier integration of content or new parameters such as tags or filters that will improve the user experience.
