In the lead-up to the 2019 Nice Carnival “King of Cinema,” the traditional charitable gastronomic lunch on the Ferris wheel “Vira la Roda” will be organized this Thursday at 12 p.m.
The event, supported by the City of Nice, is aimed at financially helping young students who wish to pursue training in restaurant professions, particularly through the Paul Augier high school or the Apprenticeship Training Center.
Christian PLUMAIL is the initiator of this event; along with many chefs from Nice, they have prepared a Valentine’s Day menu that will delight the taste buds:
Amuse-Bouche: David and Noëlle FAURE (Sensôriel by Noëlle and David) and Jacques ROLANCY (Les Viviers)
Starter: Jacques MAXIMIM and Christian PLUMAIL (Plum’Ail)
Main Course: Cyril BILLA (Les Sens, Nice) and Thomas HUBERT (Olive & artichaut)
Dessert: Serge SERAIN (Patisserie Serain-Cappa) and Louis FRANCHIN
