This weekend, the must-visit Château de Crémat invites locals and tourists to their open house days in a “vintage” atmosphere.
It will be the perfect occasion to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the estate’s acquisition by Irène Bretz in 1923, just 17 years after its construction. This wealthy shareholder of a major American railway company and owner of the Hôtel Le Negresco hosted the prominent figures of the Côte d’Azur, and one of the regular guests at these lavish evenings was none other than Gabrielle Chasnel, known as “Coco Chanel”.
On the agenda, a journey through the history of the Château de Crémat:
- Discover the Château de Crémat, its history, and its gardens.
- Visit the cellar and taste AOP Bellet vintage wines.
- Exhibition of vintage cars by the Club Mercedes-Benz France.
- Test-drive center by BMW Nice Premium Motors.
