Get your taste buds ready, these encounters promise to be delicious! It’s the deal I made with them around this Libération market that I hold dear.


Together, we will meet the producers and the chefs will explain how to spot the best products, how to choose your vegetables, fruits, and fish, and what “buying in season” means. They will also tell you how to compose your menus according to the market and give you their tips and tricks to impress your guests.

The market visit will be followed by a culinary demonstration at the Pastis de Nice shop on Vernier street.

Right before your eyes, the chefs will prepare one of their favorite recipes live using ingredients bought at the market. Bonus: a technical sheet, offered to participants, will allow you to easily recreate the recipe at home.
To extend these moments of sharing and exchange, it will be possible to gather around a glass of rosé and a portion of socca. So, shall we meet there?
