In March, the Cinémathèque of Nice honors writing, whether cinematic or literary, with a series dedicated to the poet of cinema, Jacques Prévert, and a selection of films adapted from the works of the “Queen of Crime,” Agatha Christie.
The Cinémathèque also pays tribute to Wong Kar-Wai and offers an immersive journey into the work of the Hong Kong filmmaker on the occasion of the re-release of part of his filmography in a restored version.
Until June, the Cinémathèque also celebrates the 70th anniversary of the Nice Jazz Festival by presenting one film per month focusing on jazz and cinema.
