The Cinémathèque presents the series “A Century of Romanian Cinema”

The Cinémathèque of Nice is shining a spotlight on Romanian film production, considered one of the most dynamic in European cinema, on the occasion of the “A Century of Romanian Cinema” series.

The presentation will take place this Friday at 11 AM at the Cinémathèque of Nice, in the presence of a Romanian delegation.

An opening evening for the series will be held on the same day at 8 PM with the screening of the film “The Wedding of Stone,” in the presence of its director Dan Pita.

This series will feature during the month of October:

“The Mill of Luck” by Victor Iliu
“Michael the Brave” by Sergiu Nicolaescu
“The Last Crusade” by Sergiu Nicolaescu
“The Wedding of Stone” by Dan Pita and Mircea Veroiu
“Stefan Luchian” by Nicolae Margineanu
“The Rest is Silence” by Nae Caranfil
