On this occasion, an evening event was organized at Acropolis where the Mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, welcomed over 350 Guides present, before proceeding to the awarding of diplomas to the new guides, in the presence of their President, Christian Jacquier.
The 2018 class was named “Pierrot Fiorucci,” after the High-Mountain Guide and President of the Mercantour Guides Bureau based in Saint Martin Vรฉsubie. Following their training at the National School of Skiing and Mountaineering (ENSA), around thirty graduates were honored.
