The famous Promenade des Anglais will transform, for one Saturday, into a true Promenade of Sports, allowing young people from Nice to discover a variety of sports activities for free, such as fencing, climbing, athletics, and many other disciplines.
If you want to introduce your child to a sport, come this Saturday, June 9, from 10 am to 6 pm, for the Prom’Sport event organized by the Sports Department of the City of Nice.
The village will be located on the south side of Quai des États-Unis opposite the Ponchettes. Educators from the city of Nice will offer numerous sports activities such as fencing, kayaking, climbing, athletics, team sports, combat games, etc.
The sports offered are as follows: Fencing, Athletics, Rugby, Mountain biking, Laser pistol shooting, Handball, Combat games, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Football, Kayaking, and Climbing.
The climbing wall is provided for free by the association Handiloisirs, chaired by Mr. Delpech.
Entry will be free for children aged 6 to 12.
