This Friday, November 20, 2020, the deputy mayor of Nice, Jean-Luc Gagliolo, delegate for Education and Books, went to the Louis Nucéra Library to officially launch the new cultural initiative: “Click and Borrow.” This system aims to provide Nice residents with access to culture during this challenging global health crisis.
Christian Estrosi could not let it continue. At a time when bookstores, libraries, and other cultural establishments are closed due to the Coronavirus health crisis, the mayor of the City of Nice decided to implement the ” Click and Borrow ” service in Nice libraries.
This initiative will allow all citizens of Nice to access culture. Each person will be able to reserve and borrow, using their library card and account (www.bmvr.nice.fr), a maximum of five various documents. CDs, DVDs, documents, books… everything needed for cultural enrichment. All materials borrowed from cultural establishments can be kept for 3 weeks before being returned or renewed.
