The Young Leaders Center of Nice, faithful to its commitment to well-being in the workplace, will be present at Villa Massรฉna on December 20, 2010, for the signing of the Charter of Parenthood in Business.
This Charter of Parenthood in Business is an initiative of civil society, encouraged by the Ministry of Labor, Social Relations, Family, Solidarity and the City. It promotes a work environment where employee-parents can better balance their professional and family lives.
Jean-Franรงois Puissรฉgur, president of CJD Nice, is delighted with this event: “The CJD has always advocated for the overall performance of the company, which means economic, ecological, and social performance. The issue of balancing private and professional life is a key element of overall performance. The OPE is doing innovative and remarkable work to share good practices with decision-makers and stakeholders in business. Our duty is to participate in this movement, and our responsibility will be to promote it to our members and within our companies.”
