The Collectif Cuisine Niçoise is in the spotlight with the appointment of Franck Viano as the Ambassador of the Côte d’Azur France. Through this nomination, it is also Niçoise Cuisine that is being honored by the Regional Tourism Committee.
Following the title of Carnaval Queen of the Ganses won by Framboise Deschamps, it’s now the turn of another member of the Collectif Cuisine Niçoise to be highlighted again, with Franck Viano becoming an Ambassador of the Côte d’Azur France, joining other notable figures such as Virginie Broquet, Noëlle Perna, Stan Palomba, and Thierry Marx.
