Two specialists in Africa, the Middle East, and the Euro-Mediterranean, EMMANUEL DUPUY, General Delegate for Foreign Affairs & International Relations President at the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE) and Associate Professor at the University of Paris South, and KADER ABDERRAHIM, Director of Studies at IPSE, Lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, specialist in the Maghreb and Islamism, also a member of the United Nations Global Finder Experts, will focus the conference-debate on the EU’s challenges in relation to Africa, the Maghreb, and the Middle East during this period ripe for all changes and social movements.
