The Université Côte d’Azur is the winner of this call for projects and will receive 54 million euros for the renovation and energy transition of its main campuses.

These works, which must be completed by December 31, 2023, will enhance the areas where these campuses are located and improve the living conditions of the 3,500 researchers, teachers, staff, and 30,000 students of the Université Côte d’Azur.

The oldest campuses, Carlone, Trotabas, Valrose, as well as the Fabron site (IUT Nice Côte d’Azur), will be able to make significant progress in thermal comfort and energy savings to meet at least the 2021 standards.

The Carlone campus (arts) will benefit from an investment of 12.9 million euros, 15.8 million will go to Valrose (sciences), and 14.7 million to Trotabas (law).
