On the occasion of Earth Day, the Collectif des Artistes de Nice invites everyone to a mythical place in Nice and live on La Page du CAN.
For this event, CAN’s visual artist, Marie-Caroline Regottaz, and artistic director of the New Planet association, has conceived this CAN initiative with the collaboration of actress Anne Bernex, to contribute a small drop in the ocean of desire to change things.
Of course, it could only take place on Earth Day, this Thursday, April 22.
Based on Marie-Caroline’s upcycling creations that are part of her eco-friendly fashion show, this CAN initiative will feature four model-artists showcasing some problematic waste products for our planet. The outfits completely made from these wastes are: POISON Dress (cigarette packs and butts), CRISTALLINE Dress (plastic bags), DRINK LADY Dress (plastic bottles), and CAPSULITE Dress (coffee capsules).
The artists participating in this CAN initiative are: Marie-Caroline Regottaz, Anne Bernex, Shana Kim, and Amélie Dard, under the watchful eye and behind the cameras of Anne Dorr and Franck Viano.
