As every year since 1987, Le Cercle de la Capelina d’or participates in the festivities of the Telethon in the city of Nice by offering, at its stand, many Niçoise specialties crafted by the members and volunteers of the association.
Pissaladière, stuffed vegetables, Swiss chard pie, barbajuans, and other Socca Chips will, as always, delight visitors as well as exhibitors for a day that is as generous as it is gourmet.
This year, for the first time, 8 chefs and restaurateurs accredited with “Cuisine Nissarde” will join the operation by bringing their dishes, which will be sold at the Capelina d’Or Stand for the benefit of the Telethon: Lu Fran Calin, Lou Balico, la Socca d’Or, la Cantine de Lulu, Le Jardin (Roquishley), A budeghinn’a, la Gaité Nallino, and Luc Salsedo.
Meet us starting at 9 AM under the arcades of Place Garibaldi (right next to the Maison des Associations) to connect Niçoise cuisine with generosity.
