During a press briefing at the Lamartine radiology center, our project “The Niçoise Cuisine X-Rayed” was presented by Valérie Marco and Franck Viano.
This session allowed for an explanation of how this idea was conceived and, more importantly, how it was implemented. To illustrate this, Valérie Marco x-rayed an artichoke, explaining the technique used to obtain the perfect image, which she then colorized herself.
Several announcements were also made on this occasion:
– An exhibition will take place from September 3 to November 3 at the Halle de la Gare du Sud, with two Niçoise Cuisine events during the opening (Sunday, September 7) and closing (Sunday, November 3), featuring Framboise Deschamps (World Champion of Pan Bagnat) and her Ratatouillettes, Steve Ghirardo and his Swiss chard pie with liquid nitrogen, and a delightful surprise…
– A partnership with Peradotto Publicité, represented by its director Claire Peradotto, who will support this project and incorporate it into her REN collection.
– The project’s inclusion in the “Les’Artistes Enpoche” catalog and participation in the launch exhibition with a Niçoise Cuisine event.
