Saturday, February 22 & Sunday, February 23, 2020, the City of Nice’s senior citizenship delegation is organizing the second edition of the “Dance Marathon.” Admission is free and by reservation.
All styles will be represented: ballroom dance, country, salsa, zumba, rock ‘n’ roll, capoeira, oriental dance, African dance, tap dance, and even folk dances. Eight dance classes will be offered before the shows.
Four performances are scheduled:
“Such a Beautiful Sun,” a journey in the southern hemisphere with dances from Asian, Indian, African, and Latin American tribes.
The Ballet Nice Mรฉditerranรฉe will present several complete pieces from “Pas de deux & Co…,
A show “So We Dance” to dive back into the heart of the best musicals and film music,
A “Slavic Cabaret,” a magical imaginary journey aboard an imaginary Trans-Siberian.
Finally, enjoy a grand ball with music from the 60s to today and free access activities covering all musical themes.
