The Déantibulations in Antibes: Let’s déantibulate without complexes or constraints!

Latest News

For the 9th year, the ACLA has worked on implementing a free program for all the Déantibulators coming from here or elsewhere!

On the last weekend of May, the vehicles will roar through the streets and avenues of Monaco, and the old port of the principality will once again vibrate with the accelerations of vehicles equipped with overpowered engines.

Not far from there, the steps of the festival palace will tremble under the rhythmic footsteps climbing on the red carpet. The film reels will roll, and waves of images will invade the dark rooms of Cannes.

Between these two cities and along the same Mediterranean shore, the city of Antibes will open its “marine gate” to the ninth DEANTIBULATIONS!

Popular, festive, and friendly, this event brings together die-hard fans of public spaces and urban specialists.

The word from the association’s president, Olivier Riouffe: “The organization of such an event is possible thanks to the support mentioned in this program, but it is also and above all the result of work in the shadows that is prepared over several months and comes to fruition over a weekend. This festive end of May is made possible thanks to dedicated volunteers without whom the Déantibulations wouldn’t exist.”

In 2012, a Japanese company, a Belgian company, Franco-Italian trapeze artists, a rock band with 7 electric guitars, and many other shows will be present.

The squares, the streets, and the courtyard of the P. Arène school will once again transform into ephemeral performance spaces at the end of May.

Often with good humor as a guiding thread, eclecticism is still on the agenda this year: a program to discover, a variety of perspectives and positions in diverse artistic genres.
