While travel conditions in the Haute Roya Valley remain very challenging more than six weeks after the passage of storm Alex, the Alpes-Maritimes Department is opening a Maison des Alpes-Maritimes in Tende* to facilitate access to public services for all residents.


This facility offers a comprehensive range of services to the Haute-Roya populations, in partnership with the municipalities, the Communautรฉ dโ€™Agglomรฉration de la Riviera Franรงaise (CARF), the State, and numerous partners (CPAM, CAF, Habitat 06…).

Everything is being done to facilitate administrative and daily life procedures, such as the issuance of identity documents or vehicle registration cards, assistance with creating an email addressโ€ฆ

The public can also carry out procedures with the main public services, such as Pรดle Emploi, the Family Allowance Funds (CAF), the Agricultural Social Mutual Fund (MSA), taxes, the Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM), lawyers, the Union for the Recovery of Social Security and Family Allowances (Urssaf), Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI), the Regional Health Agency (ARS)โ€ฆ

The public (families, children, teenagers, pregnant women, and the elderly) can also access medico-social services, to be supported, accompanied, and cared for by social workers, social and family economy advisors, psychologists, midwives, or childcare workers.

A specific intervention for those affected by the disaster is offered to seek solutions to the difficulties encountered by the people affected by storm Alex.
