On the occasion of the Public Communication Forum organized by Cap’Com in Lyon, the Alpes-Maritimes Department was awarded a “Silver Hashtag”.
This prize from the Social Media Observatory of Territories, a think tank bringing together 150 2.0 territory experts, rewards the most agile local authorities on social networks.
The digital strategy of the community, now recognized for its quality, reflects a more comprehensive communication approach based on three fundamental pillars: informing the Maralpins about departmental action to promote access to rights and services, strengthening the connection with residents, and interacting with them to develop a sense of civic belonging and enhance territorial attractiveness.
