The Department of Alpes-Maritimes is mobilizing to provide financial support for students doing internships or volunteering in various structures aimed at supporting vulnerable populations affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.
Financial support of up to €1,000 per month will be granted to students who have reinforced or continued their internships in public hospital establishments, home aid and assistance services, home nursing services, social and medico-social establishments caring for the elderly, people with disabilities, or children at risk.
For students in social work training specifically mobilized to fight against COVID-19, carrying out reinforcement missions for the Department of Alpes-Maritimes and the Departmental House for Disabled People, the community will pay a flat-rate bonus of €200 per month.
