Henri Alonzo, Deputy General Manager of SEMIACS, was taken into custody for sexual harassment following complaints filed by employees of the company.
These complaints were filed in Nice by three employees of Semiacs, the company responsible for paid parking and public parking facilities. The complainants accuse Henri Alonzo, the deputy general manager of the company.
In view of the mentioned facts and to allow SEMIACS agents to work under peaceful conditions, the local authorities of Nice and Cagnes-sur-Mer, the majority shareholders in the mixed-economy company, are requesting the President of SEMIACS to convene this board meeting to discuss the situation.
