The honor hall of the Prefectural Palace was packed with people for the New Year’s wishes of Prefect Bernard Gonzales.
The occasion allowed the State representative, for whom it was the first ceremony since his appointment, to express himself. He did so with an open-mindedness that was appreciated by those present, before the traditional glass of friendship.
