For the 9th consecutive year, the people of Nice (individuals, associations, and schools) were invited to contribute as active participants in improving their city’s living environment by taking part in the 2018 Environmental Trophies.
Out of the 74 applications submitted, 31 winners were selected by a panel of professionals:
27 winners in the “All Environmental Themes” category, including: 17 winners in the “Education” category, 8 winners in the “Associations” category, 2 winners in the “Individuals” category
4 winners in the “Marine Environment Protection” category
An exceptional edition marked by the presence of Papuan Chief Mundiya Kepanga. Leader of the Kobe Tumbiali community, Mundiya Kepanga is a respected chief of the Huli tribe in Papua New Guinea and a privileged witness to the impacts of deforestation.
